We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from chandamamakids.com. We are pleased to announce that we now accept exchanges.  Please read the following instructions carefully so we may assist you with an efficient and timely return or exchange.

Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 21 days. Returns received after 21 days can be exchanged or returned for store credit. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. If your requested exchange is unavailable, you will receive a store credit or refund.

Sale merchandise may be returned for exchange or store credit within 7 days. Returns of sale merchandise will not be accepted after 7 days.

Any items marked “final sale” may not be returned.

If you purchased your items from one of our retail partners, please contact the retailer directly for their return policy. We can only accept returns or exchanges for items purchased at chandamamakids.com

merchandise returns will be accepted under the following conditions.

  • All articles must be in saleable condition. 
  • We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered, or washed. 
  • Items must have all original tags and packaging. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse credit if the items do not meet the above criteria.

For your protection, we recommend using a traceable method of shipping for your return.

Once we receive the original items and approve the return, we process your return or exchange. Exchanges will be processed within 10 business days. Please allow 14 days after receipt for store credit or refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Damages during shipping

If your item appears to have been damaged during shipping, contact us immediately at info@chandamamakids.com. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please retain all packaging for inspection.

In the event that we sent you an incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@chandamamakids.com. We apologize for any inconvenience and will contact you within 24 hours to arrange for an exchange or return at our expense.
